On June 19, 2012 the jury in AMR v. Paramedics Plus in the Superior Court of California (Alameda Division) returned a 12-0 verdict for Paramedics Plus. In its complaint, AMR alleged that Paramedics Plus had bid below its cost to obtain the contract for emergency medical services from Alameda County. OSKR partner Doug Kidder testified for over two hours on behalf of Paramedics Plus on topics relating to damages and financial modeling.
