Mr. Kidder provides analysis and testimony primarily for the evaluation of damages for litigation.  His particular areas of expertise are on the valuation and monetization of intellectual property with a particular emphasis on high technology and medical industries.

Mr. Kidder has over 30 years of experience in intellectual property and business strategy consulting including positions at LECG, Booz, Allen & Hamilton and Scient.  In addition he has four years of industry experience including VP of Business Development for Walt Disney Imagineering and VP of Operations for a startup software company.  Mr. Kidder has also bought, sold and managed several businesses both on his own and representing investors.  Mr. Kidder was also an Adjunct Professor in the Accounting Department at Golden Gate University.  Mr. Kidder has a BA from Amherst College and an MSc from the University of California at Berkeley.
