John Holzwarth, Partner resume
Mr. Holzwarth is at Partner at OSKR. He has fifteen years of experience applying financial analysis to litigation issues. Mr. Holzwarth has provided several Event Study analyses regarding allegations of contraventions of continuous disclosure requirements in Australia in both class actions as well as ASIC proceedings. He has been retained as a consulting and testifying expert on several matters regarding damages calculations, intellectual property, and analysis of competition issues. Mr. Holzwarth also has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry and is the co-author of a suite of telecom network models licensed for regulatory and business decisions in four states. Mr. Holzwarth holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
